Troy always seems to make critical information available to the Saints whenever it is time for Playa to make a move against a rival gang. He recruits Playa during an altercation in Saints Row involving all three of Stilwater's prominent gang figures. Julius Little is the leader of the 3rd Street Saints.Over the course of gameplay, the Saints become the most powerful organized gang in the city.
